Our courses are designed to ensure all participants are able to handle food safety requirements in their own work environment. We aim to train participants to a level of competency under standards for food handlers in all types of industries such as commercial premises, take away shops, hotels and health and aged care in order to comply with the respective Food Safety Standards, Aged Care Services Act 1997 - OH&S Act.
